What makes the historic German capital so fascinating? 2009 Grammy winner soprano Melinda Parsons answers these questions through German cabaret, opera and swing numbers in her show ‘Back to Berlin’. Currently with Berlin Philharmonia, Sydney-born Parsons returns to her hometown to perform at El Rocco Jazz Cellar, supported by Emergency Response Trio featuring the talents of Simon Ert on Drums, Saul Richardson on Guitar and John Conely on Bass. Relish Parsons’ stunning voice and stories from a city steeped in history.
